Above: My hair at it’s reddest.

Below: My hair today!

I’ve been dying my hair red for about… 3 or 4 years now, and I just decided that I wanted my natural color (tired of the upkeep when roots pop up!). So a friend of mine referred me to Color Oops, which I had seen in stores and thought it was only for new dye jobs, and didn’t know if it would work on my deeply dyed hair. Well, I bought the box, and followed the directions to a T. Sure enough, it worked!! Pretty close to my natural shade; its a shade or two lighter because the red dye lightens your hair before depositing the red, but close enough. I’m happy with it. I was so nervous it was going to work like bleach and just turn my hair orange, but it worked out perfectly. I did it a few days ago. My friend suggested this to me, and I suggest it to any Color Oops users. After you use this product, use Ion conditioner, the Restructure (or whatever it was) one. It makes your hair so soft and smooth, and your hair needs a good conditioning after that. So if you see any bad reviews, like I did when I was researching the product, it’s probably cause people didn’t follow directions. So follow them!
